A. IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE OF
1. This is a supplier spree. We've ordered from them before and they're reliable.

2. All items are non-authentic.

3. No handling fee :).

4. Once we've verified your payment, we'll reply to your email/comment.

5. No payment = No order.

6. We have provided ALL pictures we have and as well as the measurements and details. Please note that the measurements and colours may vary slightly from the information given.

B. TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. We (AnimeLake) reserve the right to cancel this pre-order in the event of poor response. Full refunds will be made accordingly.

2. We reserve the right to, at our own discretion, reject and refund orders due to errors in the order, bad reputation buyers or doubtful points etc.

3. Please bear in mind that in the event of unforeseen delays, there will be a longer waiting time .

4. Spree-ers must make payment first BEFORE sending orders to us. Unpaid orders will be voided.

5. Please double-check and triple-check your order before posting! We will not be responsible for any possible damage or loss due to these errors.

6. No cancellation of order after payment has been made. Refunds will NOT be made.

7. Payments made after the spree closes will be refunded only after the arrival of items.

8. We will not be responsible if the supplier runs away with our money! We're victims as well as we're ordering too! But, from previous experiences, supplier is reliable.

9. We will take the responsibility to check if the order has been made correctly. Should the supplier sends us the wrong items, we will not be held responsible and refunds will NOT be made. However, we will try to negotiate with the supplier to send us the correct items (at no extra charge if possible) though the waiting time will be longer.

10. We will not be held responsible if the goods arrive in poor conditions. Refunds will NOT be made. In the occurence of such events, we will try to negotiate with the supplier and try to come up with the best solution.

11. Should your item(s) be unavailable (out-of-stock) at the time of ordering, we will make a full refund to you.

12. Item(s) not collected within 1 month after the first email sent (to announce arrival of items and dates of collection) will be confisicated and disposed at our own discretion. If you need more time, please let us know.

13. By joining this spree, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Important Points and Terms & Conditions as stated in A & B. Please join this spree only if comfortable with it.

C. CAP
No cap.
If response is poor, we will cancel the spree.

F. MODE OF DISTRIBUTION
Exact mode of distribution for individual spree-ers will be advised after the arrival of the shipment as we need to see how bulky the items are.

2. Registered mail (+$2.24) - Highly Recommended

3. Self-collection @ Lakeside / Boon Lay MRT station

4. ONE Mass meetup @ Town Area on a weekend (exact date, time, location to be confirmed)

5. Catch us on Cosfest! (More details will come closer to the event date)

ALL updates will be done on this spree page and via EMAILS.
