Here are some of the frequently asked questions:

Regarding payment/collection of goods:

Q: Do you accept other modes of payment?

A: Do drop us an email if you find items that you are interested in but unable to do the atm transfer/ ibanking. We'll try to make other suitable arrangements.

Q: How long will it take for the goods to reach me after I have made payment?

A: After receiving your payment, we will send out the goods within 2 days. It'll take around 3-4 working days to reach your mailbox. If you are worried about lost mails, it's best to opt for registered mail (at an additional cost of $2.24).

Q: Can I choose to meetup to collect my goods?

A: Yes, but to our convenience only. Please email us to check with us and we'll revert back to you shortly. =)

Q: Do you accept international orders (i.e. outside Singapore)?

A: As of now, regretfully, we don't. However, should you express interest and don't mind paying for overseas shipping fees, do drop us a mail and we'll revert back to you ASAP. =)


Regarding goods:

Q: When will you restock the out-of-stock items?

A: It depends. We'll start restocking once we accumulate enough items so that we can order more to enjoy lower prices. Thus, letting us know which items you are interested in helps us to gauge how many items we can order. Your feedback is valuable to us! ^^

Q: Are you intending to bring in XXX anime goods?

A: We're working on bringing in other anime titles. Your feedback will let us have a better understanding of the consumers' taste.

Q: Can I have a better view of the products?

A: Please click on the thumbnails to view a larger picture of the product. We've taken the pictures by ourselves and tried to make the picture as clear as possible. If you still find that the pictures aren't good enough, drop us a mail! =)

Q: Are the products authentic?

A: All products are non-authentic.
